A regular meeting was held at the culture and scholarship department at
the University of Baghdad in October 2019 to discuss the latest updates
and steps implementation of Work
Package 1 (WP1) of the project of
Medical Education via Innovative eTechnology (MediTec).
The
meeting was led by Dr. Ayad Zigher, the head of the cultural relations
department at the University of Baghdad, and also the following team
members attended the meeting,
Dr Nebras Ghaeb, Dr Ali Al-Timemy, Mrs Sura Abdul Majeed, Mrs Rasha
Abood and Ms Hind Mohammed.
The main points that were discussed in the meeting are the following:
1-
The latest updates of the steps of implementing WP1 of MediTec project.
2-
Preparing
a workshop to be given by the students who attended the medical
training in Malta. The workshop is planned to be held in the last
week of November where it will be given by student Rami Ammar at the
Biomedical Engineering Department/ Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering.
3-
Increasing
of the website activities of Meditec project on the of both the College
of Medicine and Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering at
the University of Baghdad which reflect the latest updates of the
project.
4-
The next regular meeting will be scheduled to be held at the end of December to discuss the latest progress on the project.
