​A local management meeting for Jordanian MEDITEC project partners was held on April 9, 2018 at PSUT in order to discuss the project’s objectives and updates. Meeting began with a welcoming speech by Prof. Walid Salameh who thanked the attendees and wished them a fruitful meeting.
Prof. Fahmi Abu Alrub presented the project’s objectives, expected results and impact, activities and scheduling and budget. The participants discussed widely purchasing the equipment to build and equip the labs in their institutions. They agreed on authorizing Leipzig to buy the needed equipment as per certain specifications.
The participants also discussed the next activity in the project, which will be a training in Slovakia or Leipzig depending on the best time for all parties. In addition to the above, the attendees agreed upon preparing and signing the partnership agreement ASAP and assigned PSUT to have a technical support role in this project.
